Compliance Overview
RevTonix Media Private Limited operates performance marketing and customer acquisition campaigns and aims to follow responsible, transparent practices across its internally managed traffic channels. This page provides a general overview of our approach to compliance and is not legal advice.
Responsible Performance Marketing
We focus on quality-driven acquisition operated around advertiser criteria. We aim to avoid misleading practices and to align campaign execution with applicable laws, regulations, and advertiser requirements.
Email and Consent Practices
Our USA in-house email operations are intended to follow applicable email and consent requirements. We aim to use permission-based practices, include appropriate identification, and honor unsubscribe requests.
Suppression and Opt-Out Handling
Where advertisers provide suppression lists or opt-out data, we aim to apply them appropriately. Opt-out and unsubscribe requests are intended to be processed promptly and in line with applicable requirements.
Tracking, Pixels, Postbacks, and API
We use tracking technologies such as pixels, postbacks, and API integrations to attribute and optimize campaign performance. These are intended to be implemented in line with advertiser agreements and applicable privacy requirements.
Advertiser Requirements
Advertisers and partners are responsible for ensuring their offers, disclosures, consent flows, and data handling meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We may request documentation or adjustments to help align campaigns with these requirements.
Data Security and Quality Review
We apply reasonable measures to protect data and to review lead and traffic quality. No system can guarantee absolute security, and quality review is intended to support, not warrant, specific outcomes.
Platform and Third-Party Policies
Campaigns running on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and NewsBreak are subject to those platforms' own policies. RevTonix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or an official partner of any such platform unless expressly stated in writing; platform names are used for identification only.
